When I acquired the business, my goal was not simply to continue that legacy, but to build upon it by creating an organization defined by craftsmanship, process, technology, and reliability. Signage is more than a product. It represents the identity of a business and how it presents itself to the world. At City Neon, we take that responsibility seriously.
Every project we design, manufacture, and install carries our name and reflects the standards we hold ourselves to as professionals. Dave Rush is a Lead Installer in Field Operations, bringing his experience from JD Signs to City Neon while helping ensure safe, efficient installations and quality results in the field.

Donnie has been with City Neon for 15 years, bringing a strong construction background and years of hands-on experience to the installation team. A Preston County native, he values hard work, teamwork, and seeing each project come together in the field.

Mattio is a Service Lead in Field Operations, bringing his experience from JD Signs to the City Neon team. He helps keep customer signage performing at its best by supporting service, maintenance, and repair needs in the field.

City Neon has always felt a little like home to Bobby, his dad spent 30 years with City Crane. Today, he carries on that connection with the same hardworking, family-first attitude.

From hauling to installing, Ken is always ready to hit the road and get the job done. For this local dad, being close to home and family makes it even better.

Ron took his grandfather’s advice to “never learn just one thing” to heart. A jack of all trades and master of neon, he keeps one of City Neon’s oldest crafts alive.
