When I acquired the business, my goal was not simply to continue that legacy, but to build upon it by creating an organization defined by craftsmanship, process, technology, and reliability. Signage is more than a product. It represents the identity of a business and how it presents itself to the world. At City Neon, we take that responsibility seriously.
Every project we design, manufacture, and install carries our name and reflects the standards we hold ourselves to as professionals. Since stepping in as owner in November 2024, Dan has brought energy, vision, and a knack for big ideas to City Neon. He’s most inspired by leading a team that thrives on creativity and bold thinking, and he believes the future is nothing but bright. His motto says it all: “Yesterday's hits won't win games today. Wake up every day with purpose, passion, and pride!”

Director of Asset Management
Michael Bennett keeps projects running smoothly with precision and plenty of laughs. In his year with the team, he’s proven himself indispensable, making sure every project is executed flawlessly. Outside of work, he enjoys building cars, working on upholstery, and tinkering with hot rods.

Financial Ops Manager
Aliceon has brought energy, positivity, and a love for fast-paced, creative work. She’s inspired by helping the company grow while making sure laughter and teamwork never take a back seat. Believing that life’s detours make the journey more interesting, Aliceon tackles each day with gratitude, dedication, and a smile (and maybe a little mischief).

Install Foreman
Michael is City Neon’s Install Foreman, where he thrives on new challenges and keeping projects on track. He’s especially proud of his role in the Hope Gas Ice Pavilion, a company-wide effort that showcased strong teamwork. With a background in gas and oil, Michael enjoys learning something new every day. Outside of work, he fishes in the Bassmaster Kayak Series and recently qualified for the Bassmaster Classic, an impressive feat in just his second year, after finishing 11th nationally as a rookie.

Project Manager
Josh is a Project Manager at City Neon who takes pride in building strong client relationships and earning trust through clear communication and results. He values the camaraderie of the team and the opportunity to connect with clients across every project. Known for his relatability and drive, Josh is excited to help City Neon continue growing toward a nationwide presence and hopes to one day lead projects on a national scale.

Project Manager
Christian is a Project Manager at City Neon who brings creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of lights to every project. He values being part of something bigger than himself and takes pride in helping transform bright ideas into reality. With an interest and background in design, Christian enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver projects that shine. Outside of work, he performs in community theater and reenacts with the 140th PA Volunteers Company A. Excited for what’s ahead, Christian looks forward to growing with City Neon and helping clients light up their visions.

Project Manager
Noah O’Reilly is a Project Manager at City Neon who brings a background in cyber insurance and a fresh perspective to the team. Inspired by City Neon’s work on the WVU Gladiator Project, he was drawn to the company’s creativity and impact. Noah enjoys the fast-paced nature of managing projects from start to finish and is excited to grow in his role while contributing to City Neon’s continued success.

He approaches every challenge with a love for numbers, a competitive spirit, and a touch of humor, after all, he knows detours can lead to the best journeys.

Lead Estimator
Michael joins City Neon with a strong background in construction, bringing valuable experience in contracts, estimating, and vendor account management. He enjoys working closely with clients and acting as the bridge between processes and people to keep projects moving smoothly. Originally planning to become a lawyer, Michael now uses those same negotiation and communication skills to navigate complex client needs, always ready to take on the next challenge.

David is the Router and Paint Manager at City Neon with over 13 years of experience. He takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys showcasing his skills and attention to detail on every project. Known for his dedication and craftsmanship, David is excited to see City Neon continue to grow and expand its presence across multiple locations and states.

Brianna Vogel is a Vinyl Installer at City Neon, bringing precision, creativity, and a dedication to her craft. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Design Studies from WVU and is experienced in hands-on signage installation. Brianna enjoys the organization and communication within the City Neon team and is excited to grow alongside the company’s future projects. Known for her attention to detail, she approaches every task with care and creativity, always striving to deliver her best work.

Gram brings a strong work ethic and steady reliability to City Neon. He values the people he works with and appreciates being part of a team where everyone shows up and supports one another. Outside of work, Gram keeps just as busy, caring for his large acreage, working around the house, and spending time hunting. No matter where he is, he’s always moving, always working, and always giving his best.

Lee brings years of hands-on experience and steady leadership to City Neon. As Shop Foreman, he helps keep projects on track and teams working together seamlessly. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his two daughters and grandson, whose energy keeps him smiling. Dependable and down-to-earth, Lee’s commitment helps keep City Neon shining strong every day.

Field Operations Technician
Ron Jemley is a Field Operations Technician at City Neon who recently celebrated 20 years with the company. A true craftsman, Ron is City Neon’s only neon fabricator, practicing a rare art that requires precision, patience, and pride. Guided by his grandfather’s advice to never learn just one thing, Ron has become a jack of all trades. He finds the greatest reward in keeping customers happy and creating signage that leaves a lasting legacy for his children and grandchildren, while helping City Neon stay true to its roots.

Belinda brings energy, positivity, and a knack for making everyone feel like part of the family. She loves the daily banter, keeping spirits high, and making sure the office runs smoothly, whether it’s handling tricky calls or spreading her infectious smile. Belinda is inspired by watching the company grow and approaches each day with a mix of dedication, humor, and good vibes.

Stacy thrives on organization, teamwork, and the daily growth she sees at City Neon. Inspired by the company’s family-like atmosphere, she enjoys learning how each department works and discovering new ways to contribute. With a candy bowl that’s always full and a sense of humor to match, Stacy tackles every day with professionalism, curiosity, and a smile.
RUDY HOFFERT
Lead Designer
Rudy Hoffert has been part of the City Neon team for more than 15 years as a Graphic Designer and over 25 in the sign industry. She brings multiple skills spanning design, fabrication, and installation. One project especially notable is Discover World in Parkersburg, which showcased her ability to bring creative ideas to life. Fun fact Rudy is a New England Patriots fan living in the heart of Steelers country and when it comes to college football believes WVU comes second to The Ohio State.

Designer
Randy is a Graphic Designer at City Neon who has quickly made an impact since joining the team. He’s especially proud of being involved with the creation of the Hope Coliseum project from day one, where his creativity helped bring big ideas to life. Known for his ability to transform concepts into visually accurate designs, Randy enjoys the freedom to explore his creative potential at City Neon and looks forward to many exciting projects ahead.

Director of Media & Marketing
Kari has always believed she was meant to be creative. From experimenting with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles camera as a kid to designing brands, websites, and projects for local businesses and nonprofits, creativity feels as natural to her as breathing. After more than 20 years in design, Kari is still learning, still creating, and still excited to see where an idea can go. Since joining City Neon, she’s helped shape the website and bring new ideas to the table. She lives by the motto: “If you’re not failing, you’re not learning.”

Michael has been a dedicated fabricator at City Neon for over 10 years, known for his skill, creativity, and humor on projects like the neon guitar sign for The Bridge Tavern in Wheeling. With an eye for detail and a knack for boosting morale, he enjoys teaming up with coworkers to tackle challenges and help City Neon rise to the top of the regional sign industry.

Sam Riley is part of the Fabrication team at City Neon, bringing precision, skill, and a sharp eye to every project. New to the team, Sam is already proud to contribute to projects where quality matters, always making sure every angle is straight and every weld is solid. A competitive archer, Sam thrives on focus and discipline, skills that translate seamlessly into fabrication. What excites Sam most about City Neon is the growth and development he experiences alongside his coworkers, learning from each project and pushing the team forward.

Nathan is a recent addition to City Neon, bringing fresh energy and a passion for hands-on creativity. His favorite project has been Vandalia Health, where he enjoyed seeing his ideas come to life through fabrication. Nathan is especially excited about the opportunity to experiment with new techniques, refine his craft, and contribute innovative solutions to every project he touches.

Router & Paint Technician
Brody is one of the newest members of the City Neon team, operating the CNC router table and lending a hand with vinyl work when needed. His favorite project so far has been building the monument sign for the Hope Gas Ice Pavilion, a meaningful one since he also plays hockey there. Brody is especially excited to watch the company’s growth and be part of its future. A fun fact about him: he’s only 17 and still in high school, making his early contributions even more impressive.

Bobby’s father spent 30 years working for City Crane, making City Neon feel like a second home. For Bobby, the job is about more than just work, it’s about supporting his family and being part of a company rooted in community. He takes pride in what he does and values the opportunity to work close to home.

He started at the company 15 years ago cutting grass, bringing with him a strong background in construction. A proud Preston County native and father of three, Donnie enjoys being part of a team that values hard work and forward momentum.
