Founded in Morgantown, West Virginia in 1963, City Neon has grown from a local sign shop into a full-service commercial sign design, fabrication, and installation company serving businesses and organizations throughout West Virginia and across the United States.
Our in-house team brings design, custom fabrication, electrical expertise, digital signage, project management, service, and professional sign installation together under one roof. From individual locations to complex architectural signage, multi-site programs, and large-scale commercial projects, we have the capabilities to manage signage from concept and fabrication through installation and long-term service.
Today, that foundation is even stronger. The addition of JD Signs and its more than 50 years of sign industry experience brings together two long-standing West Virginia sign companies and generations of knowledge, craftsmanship, relationships, and experience.
As a LumaWorks company, City Neon continues to grow its capabilities while remaining grounded in the people, craftsmanship, and communities that built our reputation.
